How memor.ca uses browser storage

memor.ca currently uses cookies and local browser storage for functional and security purposes, including keeping a signed-in customer authenticated, preserving cart contents, restoring in-progress order configuration, remembering checkout form details, and showing a recent-order confirmation after payment.

As of the last updated date on this page, memor.ca does not use its own browser storage to run an on-site behavioural advertising program.

Keys currently used by the site

The application currently uses the following customer-facing storage keys or cookies as part of the live flow:

• customer_id_token: customer authentication cookie used to keep a signed-in customer session active.
• memor_cart_v2: saved cart items and pricing summary.
• memor_order_slots_v2: saved upload slot state for the order builder.
• memor_order_meta_v2: saved order-builder settings such as selected bundle, frame selection, and paper choices.
• memor_checkout_customer_v1: saved checkout contact and delivery form details.
• memor_recent_order_v1: recent order reference used after checkout success.

Third-party technical storage

Stripe, Firebase Authentication, and Google sign-in may also use their own technical cookies or similar storage when their services are loaded or used. Those providers control their own technologies and policies.

memor.ca uses these services to operate card checkout, customer authentication, session continuity, and related security controls.

Your choices

Most browsers let you block cookies, clear site data, or limit third-party storage. If you do, account sign-in, cart persistence, uploads, or checkout may stop working as intended.

Clearing browser storage removes data from your device only. If you want help with order-related information stored in memor.ca systems, contact support directly.
