How ordering works
Choose a bundle, upload and arrange your photos, review the details, and complete checkout.
After payment, we send an order confirmation by email.
Upload requirements
memor.ca accepts JPG, JPEG, and PNG files up to 20 MB each. If a file is too small or unsuitable for print, we may contact you before production.
Reorder thumbnails to control photo placement in your bundle. Upload progress is shown as your files are added.
Checkout and payment
Card payments are processed through Stripe. Orders move into production after payment is confirmed.
Free local delivery is available for eligible addresses. Otherwise pickup is available from downtown Toronto.
Turnaround and issue handling
We aim for a 24-hour turnaround, but timing may vary based on order volume or file issues.
If there is a problem with a print, order detail, or uploaded file, contact support as soon as possible and include the public order number or checkout email if you have it.
Accounts, saved cart data, and privacy requests
If you sign in, your account and order details can sync across sessions. Some in-progress order details may also be saved in your browser.
For privacy, correction, deletion, or unsubscribe requests, contact support and include enough information for us to locate your order or account.
