Because every MEMOR order is custom printed to your photos and specifications, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a production issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup at hello@memor.ca and include photos of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will reprint or replace the affected item at no extra cost.
