Terms for photo print orders
These terms explain how memor.ca accepts photo orders, processes files, handles payment, and supports customers after checkout.
Last updated March 6, 2026
Using memor.ca
memor.ca lets customers upload images, choose print options, and place photo print orders online. By using the site, you confirm that the information you provide for checkout, delivery, and support is accurate and current.
We may refuse, pause, or cancel an order if we detect fraud, abusive behavior, technical misuse, missing payment, or content that appears unlawful or unsafe to process.
- Current upload support: JPG, JPEG, and PNG files up to 20 MB each.
- The live checkout flow currently uses card payments processed through Stripe.
- You are responsible for reviewing your order details before submitting payment.
Your photos and permissions
You keep ownership of the images you upload. You grant memor.ca permission to store, preview, process, print, and communicate about those files only as needed to operate your order, customer account, and support workflow.
You must own the images or have permission from the rights holder before uploading them. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, abusive, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
Pricing, payment, and taxes
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. For current curated products, tax is included in the displayed product price; any delivery charges or other applicable fees are shown during checkout before payment is finalized.
An order is not considered accepted for production until payment has been authorized or another payment arrangement has been confirmed by memor.ca.
Turnaround, pickup, and delivery
memor.ca currently targets a 24-hour turnaround, but timing is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline. Production time can change if a file is missing, low quality, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable for printing, or if order volume spikes unexpectedly.
If we need clarification, detect a file issue, or encounter a production delay, we may contact you using the email address or phone number supplied with the order.
Cancellations, refunds, and order issues
Printed photo orders are customized goods. Once production has started, cancellations or refunds may be limited except where required by law.
If your order is materially defective, damaged, or not what you purchased, contact support promptly so we can review the issue and decide whether a reprint, store credit, refund, or another reasonable remedy is appropriate.
Liability and updates
To the extent permitted by law, memor.ca is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, file quality problems originating from the uploaded image, or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The posted last-updated date reflects the current version. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
